Does your child: Pay attention to a short story when it is read and answer simple questions? Draw and color beyond a simple scribble? Zip or button up a shirt or pants? Get dressed (mostly) by him/herself? Tie his/her shoes? Tell left hand and right hand? Demonstrate a hand preference for writing? Take care of toilet needs by him/herself? Count objects to 10? Rote count out loud to 20? Supply the last word to all of the following sentences? Mother is a woman; father is a ____. A fire is hot; ice is ____. A plane goes fast; a turtle goes ____. Put together a simple puzzle of 10-12 pieces? Name missing object, which is removed from a group of 4? Hold paper for cutting and cut a straight line and a curved line? Print first and last name using a capital for the first letter and a lower case for the rest? Say first and last name? Ask often when he/she will got to school? Play reasonably well with other children? Take turns when playing with others? Try a new task without crying? Respond positively to verbal deman without chronic negativism? Recite the alphabet without singing the alphabet song to do so? Tell which goes faster: a turtle or a rabbit? Stack 10 blocks? Name basic colors: red, blue, yellow, green, orange, purple, black, white, brown Name these shapes: triangle, square, circle, rectangle |
