CarolAnn Woods, MST

Carol Ann is the Health Services Supervisor and has been a school nurse since 1997.  She believes that school nursing plays an integral part in addressing the health care needs of children who would not otherwise be able to attend school regularly.  She states, "The nurses not only oversee medication administration at school, we also assess the everyday bumps, bruises, rashes and bellyaches.  We train staff on a variety of student medical issues and are a resource for a broad range of questions from staff, parents and students.  Our goal is to have healthy students in class, ready to learn."

 Charlotte Mitchell

Hello my name is Charlotte Mitchell and I became Bethel's school nurse about 6 years ago. I have been an RN for approximately 38 years and retired from the McNairy County Health Dept. after 21 years.  I am enjoying this change in nursing and I hope I can make an impact in the health of our children.

Welcome to Debbie Smith, our new nurse at

Adamsville Elementary School.

We are excited to have Debbie with us. She is a much needed asset to the school and I know they will appreciate what she can bring to the table. Experience, kindness and willingness to help in anyway possible.
