Michie parents, faculty, and students welcome Mrs. Suzanne Henson to Michie School. Mrs. Henson has two sons, Bart and Blake, and one daughter-in-law. She and her husband Anthony live in Eastview. Besides singing in a women's gospel group, Mrs. Henson enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Before joining the McNairy County education system in 1992, she taught in Hardin County. In the past 19 years, Mrs. Henson has taught elementary school through high school. She served as assistant principal at Selmer Middle School before moving to Adamsville Jr/Sr High as assistant principal. We are happy to have her at Michie School! |
We have a new face in the office this year. Mrs. Carolyn Giesler, a former Michie Blue Devil student, will serve Michie School as Assistant Principal. Mrs. Giesler brings with her over 40 years of teaching and administrative experience. We are happy to have her back in the Michie School family. |
Mrs. Mary Greer has begun her 39th year of service in the McNairy County education system. She came to Michie School in 1981 as a special education teacher. Since then, she has served as guidance counselor and assistant principal. Mrs. Greer lives in Corinth and has one son, Omar, and a delightful granddaughter, Tyquavia. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, especially to the Bahamas. |
